Uluslararası Öğrencilerin Dikkatine ( Online Geçici Kayıt)
Covid – 19 Pandemisi sebebiyle üniversitemize kayıt yaptırmaya hak kazanıp gelemeyen öğrencilerin işlemlerini kolaylaştırmak adına online geçici kayıt imkanı sağlanmış bulunmaktadır. Öğrencilerin 04 Eylül - 29 Eylül 2020 tarihleri arasında aşağıdaki listede yer alan belgeleri tarayarak registeronline@gop.edu.tr adresine mail atmaları gerekmektedir. Kayıt işlemleri tamamlanan öğrencilerin mail adreslerine “Geçici Öğrenci Belgesi” gönderilecektir.
Geçici kayıt işlemleri tamamlanan öğrencilerin belgelerinin asıllarını 31.12.2020 tarihine kadar Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa Üniversitesi Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanlığı’na teslim etmeleri zorunludur.
Önemli Not: Mailin konu kısmına “Aday Numaranızı, Adınızı ve Soyadınızı” yazınız.

To the Attention to our International Students (Online Temporary Registration)
In order to facilitate the procedures of students who are eligible to enroll in our university and, due to the exceptional Covid-19 Pandemic circumstances, our university gives them the opportunity of an Online Temporary Registration. Students are required to scan the documents listed below and send an e-mail to registeronline@gop.edu.tr between the dates of 04 September - 29 September 2020. "Temporary Student Certificate" will be sent to the e-mail addresses of the students whose registration process is completed.
Students whose temporary registration procedures have been completed must submit the originals of their documents to Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Student Affairs Office before the 31.12.2020.
Important Note: Please write "Candidate Number, Name and Surname" in the subject part of the mail.
Documents Required for Online Temporary Registration:
1. Original High School Diploma and Transcript
2. If available, Turkish language proficiency certificate
3. Passport photocopy (Please write mother and father name into mail)
4. Letter of Acceptance
5. T.C. ID card photocopy of national candidates
6. Certificate of identity registration copy for dual nationals
7. Blue card certificate for candidates with a blue card
• Students who have TÖMER or TYS (Yunus Emre Institute Turkish Proficiency Exam) certificate at B1, B2, C1 or C2 levels are exempted from TÖMER Turkish preparatory education.
• Candidates who completed their Turkish secondary education in schools affiliated to the Turkish Ministry of National Education are considered exempted from TÖMER Turkish preparatory education.

À L’Attention des étudiants internationaux (Inscription En Ligne)
En raison de la pandémie Covid-19, les étudiants qui sont admissibles pour l’inscription dans notre université et qui ne pouvaient pas venir, nous avons mis à leur disposition une Inscription Temporaire En- Ligne afin de faciliter les procédures.
Les étudiants sont tenus de scanner les documents énumérés ci-dessous et d'envoyer un e-mail à l’adresse : registeronline@gop.edu.tr entre le 04 septembre et le 29 septembre 2020.
Une « Attestation Temporaire d'étudiant» sera envoyé aux adresses e-mail des étudiants qui finissent le processus d'inscription.
Les étudiants complètent les procédures d'inscription temporaire doivent soumettre les originaux de leurs documents au bureau des affaires étudiantes de l'Université Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa avant le 31.12.2020.
Remarque importante: veuillez écrire «Numéro, nom et prénom du candidat» dans la partie objet du courrier.
Documents requis pour l'inscription temporaire en ligne:
1. Diplôme d'études secondaires/ Bachalauréat original et Relevé de Notes originale
2. Si disponible, certificat de maîtrise de la langue Turque
3. Photocopie du passeport
4. Lettre d'acceptation
5. Photocopie de la carte d'identité T.C. des candidats nationaux
6. Certificat de copie du registre d'identité pour les binationaux
7. Certificat de carte bleue pour les candidats avec une carte bleue
• Les étudiants qui ont un certificat TÖMER ou TYS (examen de compétence en turc de l'Institut Yunus Emre) au niveau B1, B2, C1 ou C2 sont dispensés de l'enseignement préparatoire en Turc TÖMER.
• Les candidats qui ont terminé leur enseignement secondaire dans les lycées Turcs affiliés au ministère de l'Éducation nationale dispensés de l'enseignement préparatoire en Turc TÖMER.

تنويه الى الطلاب الأجانب
بسبب جائحة الكوفيد 19 وتسهيلاً لإجراءات تسجيل الطلاب الأجانب، الذين تم قبولهم، وتعذر عليهم القدوم إلى تركيا. يمكنهم الدخول والقيام بالتسجيل المؤقت عن بعد. يتوجب على الطلبة مراسلتنا ما بين تاريخ 4 و 29 أيلول/ سبتمبر على عنوان البريد الالكتروني registeronline@gop.edu.tr مرفقين صور scan للوثائق المدرجة في الأسفل.
الطلبة الذين أتموا إجراءات التسجيل المؤقت يجب أن يبعثوا و يقوموا بتسليم الوثائق الاصلية لرئاسة مديرية شؤون الطلبة لجامعة غازي عثمان باشا قبل تاريخ 31 / 12/2020
الوثائق المطلوبة للتسجيل المؤقت :
- وثيقة دبلوم التعليم الثانوي او الباكالوريا الأصلي مرفقاً بوثيقة بيان الأعداد الاصلية
- شهادة تثبت إجادة اللغة التركية، إن وُجدت.
- نسخة من جواز السفر.
.- وثيقة القبول للجامعة
. - نسخة عن بطاقة الهوية التركية (الكملك) بالنسبة لحاملي الجنسية التركية
. - نسخة من شهادة إثبات الهوية بالنسبة لحاملي الجنسيات المزدوجة
- بالنسبة لحاملي بطاقات الهوية الزرقاء التركية وثيقة البطاقة الزرقاء.
سوف يتم إعفاء الطلبة من الفصول التحضيرية للغة التركية في ا إذا كانوا لديهم على المستوى ب1، ب2، ج1، ج2 و شهادة في إجادة اللغة التركية لإمتحان مؤسسة يونس إيمرة. الطلبة الذين انهوا تعليمهم الثانوي في مؤسسات تعليمية تابعة لوزارة التعليم التركي سيتم إعفاؤهم من متطلب إجادة اللغة التركية.
التسجيل المؤقت عن بعد سوف يتم ما بين تاريخ
4 و 29 ايلول/سبتمبر.
